This program was designed to help busy people, get their health on track. Kendra and Matt are both full time students and employees, so they created something that was fast and efficient to help their bodies (and yours) feel good, even when it seems like there isn’t enough time in the day. This plan can be done at home or the gym. They do use a resistance band and hand weights in a few of the exercises, but they can be easily modified if those products aren’t available
