How come I have not received my physical book and DVD’s in the mail?
This program is only available in electronic format, meaning that you will receive an eBook (in PDF) form with all the workouts and the videos are also available online (the link to each video is in the eBook). We found that this program is much more cost-effective when we offer it electronically, otherwise, it would be well over $100 to cover our costs of shipping and production.

Do I need to be a member of a gym to do these workouts?
The great thing about these workouts is that you can do them anytime, anywhere. We purposefully designed the layout of this ebook so that you could easily access the electronic version of the workout and have them wherever you go. When combined with the immediate access to the instructional videos on YouTube you’re left with quite the combination! At the same time – maybe printed workouts are more your style. Not a problem! Again – the layout is designed so you only have to print 1-3 pages to take with you for each workout. Convenience = compliance; hopefully you find both with this workout plan!

I am just starting to workout. Can I do these workouts?
Yes! These workouts are designed for all levels. Because you are going for a set amount of time instead of a set amount of reps, you can go at your own pace. Try to do as many reps as you can during the 30 seconds (be sure to push yourself!) and try to increase your reps with each workout you do. Depending on your level of fitness, there is a certain schedule that you will follow with the workouts that is outlined in the plan.

How many calories is each workout going to burn?
This is always a tough one to answer because if depends on a lot of factors – your weight, your age, your height, your gender, etc. There are a lot of “calorie calculators” out there – it’s important that you find one that takes into consideration all of these key factors. Do I need to buy the equipment to do these workouts?
No, most definitely not. We shared the equipment that we recommend so that you can see the best results, but we also offer modifications of almost each move so that you don’t need fancy equipment. For added resistance without purchasing dumbbells, use bottles of water or even cans of food. Please remember that the equipment we recommend will offer you better results from following this workout plan.

Do I have to eat the exact menu included? What if there is something I don’t like or happen to be allergic to?
The menu provided is just a suggestion – feel free to interchange recipes or add/subtract the things that won’t work for you diet. If there is something from the menu you like, feel free to repeat it on another day.

How will I receive the programs/plans after I purchase them?
Immediately after you submit your payment, you will receive an email (check your spam folder) with a link to download your program.

I have checked my email and can’t find an email with my downloadable program. What do I do?
Make sure that you have checked all your spam folders, as it’s possible that it was sent there. If you still can’t find it, please send us an email.

If you aren’t happy with your program, please email us about a refund.
